These Terms & Conditions govern your use of 33pk and constitute a binding legal agreement between you and the platform. Bonuses

Prohibited Conduct

Fair Play

Account Registration and User Obligations
To place bets or play real-money casino games on 33pk, you are required to register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid email address. You must update this information promptly if it changes.
Each person is permitted to hold only one account on 33pk. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms
All financial transactions on 33pk are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There is no currency conversion step. When you deposit ৳500, your 33pk wallet reflects ৳500. When you withdraw ৳1,000, ৳1,000 is sent to your registered payment method. No hidden exchange-rate adjustments or conversion fees are applied.
33pk supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Availability of specific methods may vary based on current technical and regulatory conditions. - Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
- Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount for mobile money methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳300. Bank transfer withdrawals may carry a higher minimum; refer to the withdrawal page for current figures.
- Withdrawal Processing Time: Mobile money withdrawals are typically processed within 10–30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business hours during standard Bangladesh banking hours (09:00–17:00 BST, Sunday–Thursday).
- Withdrawal Method Matching: 33pk applies a withdrawal-to-deposit method matching policy for anti-money-laundering compliance. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.
- KYC Requirement: Withdrawal requests from accounts that have not completed KYC verification will be held pending identity confirmation. 33pk will contact you at your registered email address or mobile number to initiate KYC if it has not been completed.
- Deposits Are For Play: Funds deposited to 33pk are intended for betting and gaming activity. 33pk is not a deposit-taking financial institution. Do not deposit funds you do not intend to use for entertainment purposes on the platform.
33pk does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. The payment method used to deposit must belong to the account holder personally. Where a deposit is identified as originating from a payment method not belonging to the account holder, the deposit may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.
Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements
33pk periodically offers bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, reload promotions, and seasonal campaigns to eligible players. All bonus offers are governed by these Terms & Conditions and by the specific bonus terms published at the time the offer is made available. In the event of any conflict between a specific bonus's stated terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific bonus terms take precedence for that offer.
The following general rules apply to all bonus offers on 33pk unless a specific offer's terms state otherwise:
- One Bonus Per Player: Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method. Attempting to claim the same offer multiple times via different accounts is considered multi-accounting and will result in account closure.
- Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted into withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each bonus offer. Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified; bonus funds that have not been wagered within the time limit expire automatically.
- Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate (e.g., 10%–20%) or not at all. The contribution rates for each game category are stated in the bonus terms.
- Maximum Bet During Bonus: While a bonus balance is active on your account, a maximum bet limit per round or per bet applies. Exceeding this limit may result in the bonus balance being voided. The maximum bet limit is stated in each offer's terms.
- Bonus Abuse: Any strategy designed to circumvent wagering requirements — including low-risk covered betting, arbitrage betting across markets, or use of betting systems that reduce variance to near zero — constitutes bonus abuse and may result in bonus forfeiture and account restriction.
- Right to Withdraw Offers: 33pk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any player who has already opted into a running promotion will be allowed to complete it under the original terms.
Game Rules, Betting Rules, and Fair Play
All games available on the 33pk platform — including RNG casino games, live dealer games, crash games, instant games, and sports betting markets — are governed by the individual game rules provided within each game or betting market. By participating in any game or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that game or market.

Winnings paid as a result of a manifest error may be reclaimed from your account balance. A manifest error is one that would be obvious to a reasonable person at the time of betting.
- Sports Betting Rules: All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant sporting body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). Where a match is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise does not reach a natural conclusion, bets may be voided or settled in accordance with the specific market rules stated at the time of the bet.
- Cricket In-Play Betting: In-play bets on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other cricket markets are accepted and settled in real time. Once an in-play bet has been accepted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. Results are settled as soon as the official match result is confirmed by the governing body.
- Maximum Winnings: 33pk may apply a maximum single-session or single-bet winnings cap. Where a maximum winnings cap is in force, it will be stated on the relevant game or market page. Winnings exceeding the cap will be paid up to the cap only.
Prohibited Conduct and Account Suspension
33pk operates a zero-tolerance policy toward fraudulent activity, abuse of platform systems, and any conduct that undermines the integrity of the gaming environment or the safety of other players. The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
- Opening or operating more than one account on 33pk, whether in your own name or using alternative identities, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to place bets, interact with games, or access account features on 33pk.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering — including depositing funds obtained through unlawful means, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or using 33pk as a mechanism to convert illicit funds into withdrawable cash.
- Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker rooms, or any multi-player gaming environment to gain an unfair advantage over other participants.
- Exploiting technical vulnerabilities, software bugs, or pricing errors in sports betting markets to place systematically advantaged bets. All bets placed in exploitation of a known error may be voided.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information during registration, KYC, or any support interaction.
- Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or mobile money provider for deposits that have been used for gambling activity on 33pk.
- Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward 33pk support staff, live dealers, or other platform users in any communication channel.
Where 33pk reasonably suspects that any of the above prohibited conduct has occurred or is occurring, 33pk reserves the right to suspend the account immediately and withhold any pending withdrawal while an investigation is conducted. Investigation timelines vary depending on complexity; 33pk will aim to conclude investigations within 30 calendar days. The account holder will be notified of the outcome at the registered email address.
Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers
33pk provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous platform availability, fast transaction processing, and accurate odds display, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 33pk's aggregate liability to any user for any claim arising from use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- 33pk is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or interruptions to mobile data services that prevent a user from accessing the platform during a live game or in-play betting market.
- 33pk is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, even if 33pk has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- 33pk is not liable for losses arising from a user's failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions, including losses resulting from the closure of an account for breach of the prohibited conduct rules.
- 33pk is not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party software providers whose games appear on the platform. Game-specific disputes related to software behaviour should be directed to 33pk support, who will liaise with the provider on your behalf.
- Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
33pk makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use in jurisdictions outside of its target market. Users who access 33pk from jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted or prohibited do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with their local laws.
Amendments to Terms and Governing Law
33pk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
